Affiliate Disclosure & Privacy Policy
Affiliate disclosure
True Home Finds participates in affiliate advertising programs. This means that when you click on certain links on this site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you.
We only recommend products we have researched and believe are worth your money. Commissions never influence which products we include or how we rank them.
Privacy policy
We collect almost nothing. This site does not run accounts or comments, and we do not sell personal information.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as IP addresses and pages visited) to keep the site running securely. Affiliate retailers set their own cookies when you click through to their stores; their privacy policies apply there.
We use the Pinterest Tag to measure page visits from Pinterest traffic. The tag loads scripts from s.pinimg.com and may set Pinterest cookies or collect standard device and usage data on Pinterest’s behalf — see Pinterest’s privacy policy at policy.pinterest.com. Enhanced matching is off: we do not send Pinterest your email address or other contact details.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is strictly opt-in. If you sign up, we collect your email address (and your first name, if you give it) and use them only to send the True Home Finds newsletter: deal alerts, price drops, and buying guides — about one email a week.
We use double opt-in: after you sign up you'll get a confirmation email, and you're only added to the list once you click the confirmation link.
Our email provider is Sender (sender.net), which stores your details and sends the emails on our behalf. We never sell your information and never share your email with anyone else.
Every newsletter email identifies True Home Finds as the sender, includes our contact details, and carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected].
